Each of these programs are 8 week duration 3 training sessions/week.
Programs: $150 with coaching support, $100 with coaching support
Level 1 Splits - beginner (juniors-ladies)
Astride Sits - beginner - intermediate (13s - ladies)
Level 2 Splits - Intermediate (completion of level 1 splits required)
Long-Line Balance - intermediate - advanced (15s-ladies)
Strength + Conditioning Prep for comps - (13s - ladies)
