Ongoing non-customised GYM training. ($45/week ongoing until cancellation)
5 sessions per week: 3 Lower Days + 2 Upper Days
For those who want a gym program as well as wanting to improve flexibility. (An @ HOME version is also available)

Focus:

  • 3 Big lifts, Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press

  • Program will align with strength and flexibility required for the senior syllabus and will be my current training program.

  • There will not be any modifications made to this program.

  • Training will be automatically assigned Monday - Friday, you are able to move the training to alternate days within the app.

  • 30 min zoom/facetime/video call $20

  • 60 min zoom/facetime/video call $40

  • Interclub video reviews $15

  • Check-in/progress photo review $5
