Ongoing non-customised GYM training. ($45/week ongoing until cancellation)
5 sessions per week: 3 Lower Days + 2 Upper Days
For those who want a gym program as well as wanting to improve flexibility. (An @ HOME version is also available)
Focus:
3 Big lifts, Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press
Program will align with strength and flexibility required for the senior syllabus and will be my current training program.
There will not be any modifications made to this program.
Training will be automatically assigned Monday - Friday, you are able to move the training to alternate days within the app.
